细节管理在护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Detail Management in Nursing Management

目的:分析细节管理在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年5月泰安市妇幼保健院在职的493名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组246名和观察组247名。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施细节护理管理。比较两组心理状态、护理能力、人文执业能力和职业认同感评分。结果:管理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于管理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,两组基础操作水平、医护配合能力、风险预判能力、护理文书书写能力、护理态度、护理责任心评分,认知、勇气、耐心评分及总分高于管理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理在护理管理中的应用效果较好,可改善护士不良情绪,提升其护理能力、人文执业能力。

Objective:To analyze application effect of detail management in nursing management.Methods:A total of 493 nurses who were employed in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=246) and observation group(n=247).The control group implemented routine nursing management,while observation group implemented detail nursing management.The psychological status,nursing ability,humanistic practice ability,and professional identity scores were compared between two groups.Results:After management,the anxiety and depression scores in two groups were lower than those before management,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of basic operation level,doctor-nurse cooperation ability,risk prediction ability,nursing document writing ability,nursing attitude,nursing responsibility,the scores of cognition,courage,and patience and total scores in two groups were higher than those before management,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detail management has good application effect in nursing management,and can ameliorate nurses' negative emotions,improve their nursing ability and humanistic practice ability,and enhance professional identity.
