基层婚前孕前咨询指导实践中的难点及应对策略思考

Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Practice of Pre-marital and Pre-pregnancy Counseling and Guidance at Grassroots Level

婚前医学检查和孕前优生健康检查是中国出生缺陷一级预防措施,二者共同构建起三级预防出生缺陷综合防治体系。婚前孕前咨询指导是针对准备婚育的男女双方进行的以生殖健康为核心,与结婚和生育有关的保健知识宣传教育和咨询指导。该文结合基层实践工作,总结遇到的难点问题,并提出相应的应对策略。

Pre-marital medical examination and pre-pregnancy health examination are the primary prevention measures for birth defects in China,and they jointly build a comprehensive prevention system for birth defects in the third level.Pre-marital and pre-pregnancy counseling and guidance is aimed at both men and women preparing for marriage and childbearing,with reproductive health as the core,and related to marriage and childbearing health knowledge publicity education and counseling and guidance.In this paper,based on the practical work at the grassroots level,the difficulties encountered were summarized and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
