摘要
高效钙钛矿太阳电池的测量需求日益提升,已成为光伏界的主要研究热点之一。其关键电性能(特别是转换效率)一般使用稳态太阳模拟器、平板式温控平台和相应电测系统。在1个太阳常数光强的照射下,样品的精确温控是关键电参数准确测量的必要条件。本文介绍了一种针对其关键电性能测量的温控装置,并对不同的电性能测量结果进行分析。实验表明:该装置具有优越的性能,为测量者依据相关国际标准进行可复现测量提供了新方案。
The demand for measurement of high efficiency perovskite solar cells is increasing,and it has become one of the main research hotspots in the photovoltaic field.The key electrical properties(especially conversion efficiency)are generally used in steady-state solar simulators,flat-panel temperature control platforms and corresponding electrical measurement systems.Under the irradiation of 1 sun solar constant light intensity,the precise temperature control of the sample is a necessary condition for the accurate measurement of key electrical parameters.This paper introduces a temperature control device for measuring its key electrical properties,and analyzes the results of different electrical properties measurement.The experimental results show that the device has excellent performance and provides a new scheme for repeatable measurement according to relevant international standards.
