基于Web of Science的近5年难治性抑郁症研究可视化分析

Visual analysis of researches on treatment-resistant depression in recent 5 years based on Web of Science

目的分析难治性抑郁症相关文献的研究热点与前沿,为难治性抑郁症的研究提供参考和借鉴。方法以Web of Science核心合集为文献来源,检索近5年难治性抑郁症相关的文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入2401篇文献,难治性抑郁症相关文献年发文量呈增长趋势,研究热点集中在口服药物治疗、脑刺激治疗和抗抑郁疗效。研究前沿主要包括d-天冬氨酸受体拮抗剂、氯胺酮、联合和管理、自杀行为和自杀意念。结论难治性抑郁症的临床管理充满挑战,缺乏治疗性的共识,需要更多的临床证据。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of literatures related to treatment-resistant depression(TRD),and provide a reference for the researches of TRD.Methods With the core collection of Web of Science as the literature source,the documents related to TRD in recent 5 years were retrieved,and the CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 2401 articles were included.The annual number of articles related to TRD showed an increasing trend.The researches mainly focused on pharmacotherapy,brain stimulation therapy and efficacy of anti-depression treatment.The research frontiers mainly included D-aspartate receptor antagonist,ketamine,combination and management,suicidal behavior and suicidal ideation.Conclusion The clinical management of TRD is full of challenges,lacks therapeutic consensus,and needs more clinical evidences.
