大学生心理适应与安全感的关系:自我和谐的中介作用

Relationship between psychological security and psychological adaptation in college students:The mediating role of selfconsistency and congruence

目的探讨大学生的心理适应、自我和谐、安全感的关系,检验自我和谐在心理适应和安全感的中介作用。方法通过整群抽样湖北省某高校的2241名大学本科生,采用心理适应量表(PAS)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)和安全感量表(SS)进行问卷调查。结果大学生PAS、SCCS的各维度与SS各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,PAS、SCCS对SS有正向预测作用(P<0.001)。自我和谐在心理安全感和心理适应之间发挥着部分中介作用,中介效应占比23.56%。结论提高自我和谐度,促进心理适应,可以更好地提升大学生心理安全感。

Objective To explore the relationships among psychological adaptation,psychological security and self consistency and congruence in college students,and to examine the mediating role of self consistency and congruence in psychological adaptation and security.Methods A total of 2241 college students in a university in Hubei province were selected through cluster sampling and assessed with Psychological Adaptation Scale(PAS),Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS),and Security Scale(SS).Results All the dimension scores of PAS,SCCS were positively correlated with all the dimension scores of SS in college students(P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that PAS,SCCS could positively predict SS(P<0.001).Self consistency and congruence played a partial mediating role between psychological security and psychological adaptation,with a mediating effect accounting for 23.56%.Conclusion Improving self consistency and congruence and promoting psychological adaptation can better enhance college students’psychological security.
