摘要
荆楚地区有着广袤的大地,肥沃的土地,为荆楚饮食文化的发展提供着得天独厚的条件。随着网红美食打卡的盛行,越来越多荆楚传统手工艺美食慢慢消失,不被宣传和重视。本文基于荆楚饮食文化背景,对荆楚饮食文化中即将消失的美食进行特色食品包装设计的研究。让即将消失的美食重新再现,表现在食品包装设计上使其赋能,并大力宣传即将失传的荆楚特色美食,让其重新焕发活力,提升荆楚美食的文化内涵。
The Jingchu area has a vast land,fertile land,for the development of the Jingchu food culture to provide unique conditions.With the popularity of web celebrity food,more and more Jingchu traditional handicraft food slowly disappeared,not publicity and attention.Based on the background of Jingchu food culture,this paper studies the food packaging design of characteristic food in the Jingchu food culture.Let the disappearing food reappear,manifested in the food packaging design to empower it,and vigorously promote the Jingchu cuisine will be lost,let it revitalize,enhance the cultural connotation of Jingchu cuisine.
