基于加速康复外科理念的清单式护理在踝关节骨折患者中的应用效果

Analysis of the application effect of checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of ankle fracture patients

目的:探讨基于加速康复外科理念的清单式护理在踝关节骨折患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取在医院住院接受手术的156例踝关节骨折患者,按随机数表法分为两组,实验组患者(80例)采用基于加速康复外科理念的清单式护理,对照组患者(76例)采用加速康复外科的一般护理。比较两组患者术后总住院天数、功能康复训练效果和护理满意度。结果:实验组患者总住院天数明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者出院时、术后1个月及术后3个月踝关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于加速康复外科理念的清单式护理能明显提高ERAS效率,促进踝关节骨折患者的功能的康复,提高护理质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of ankle fracture patients.Method:156 patients with ankle fractures who underwent surgery in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The treatment group(n=80)received checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery,while the control group(n=76)received general nursing based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Compare the postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization days,functional rehabilitation training effects,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.Result:The total hospitalization days in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);At discharge,1 month and 3 months after surgery,the ankle joint function score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The patient satisfaction of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the efficiency of ERAS,promote the functional recovery of ankle fracture patients,and improve nursing quality and satisfaction.
