系统康复护理干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用

Application of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients after heart valve replacement

目的:探讨系统性康复护理干预在心脏瓣膜置换手术后患者中的应用效果。方法:以某医院收治的78例进行心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(39例)和研究组(39例)。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用系统康复护理。通过评估患者术后的心电监护时间、术后住院时间和心功能状况,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者的心电监护时间明显更短,住院天数明显更短,心功能改善状况明显更优,各指标组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心脏瓣膜置换手术患者的心电监护时间和住院天数通过系统性康复护理干预均有所缩短,且患者的心脏功能和手术后的生活质量均得到了改善。

Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with heart valve replacement.Methods:A total of 78 patients underwent heart valve replacement surgery in hospital were selected as research objects.The subjects were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases).Among them,the control group adopted routine nursing,the study group adopted systematic rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared by evaluating the duration of postoperative ECG monitoring,postoperative hospital stay and cardiac function.Results:Compared with the control group,the duration of ECG monitoring in the study group was significantly shorter,the number of days in hospital was significantly shorter,and the improvement of cardiac function was significantly better,and the differences among all indicators were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through the application of systematic rehabilitation nursing interventions,we observed a reduction in both the duration of ECG monitoring and the length of hospital stay for patients undergoing heart valve replacement.Furthermore,these interventions led to improvements in the patients'cardiac function and enhanced their postoperative quality of life.
