基于绿色通道的护理在急诊心肌梗死患者中的效果分析

Analysis of the effects of green channel-based nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨基于绿色通道的护理在急诊心肌梗死患者中的效果。方法:选择医院收治的94例急诊心肌梗死患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者给予基于绿色通道的护理。比较两组急救效率等指标。结果:观察组分诊评估等时间低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患者出现心力衰竭等总占比低于对照组(P>0.05);观察组患者LVSD、IVST、LVDD、呼吸频率指标低于对照组,LVEF指标、心率高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患者QOL8项评分高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组专项护理等5项评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于绿色通道的护理可提高急诊心肌梗死患者的救治效率等,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect analysis of nursing based on green channel in emergency patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:Ninety-four patients with acute myocardial infarction in a hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing based on green channel.First aid efficiency and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group experienced a shorter waiting time compared to the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of heart failure in the observation group was 2.13%,significantly lower than the 12.77%observed in the control group,although this difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group showed lower levels of LVSD,IVST,LVDD,and respiratory rate compared to the control group,while LVEF and heart rate were higher(P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group scored higher on all eight QOL 8 metrics as well as on the five special nursing scores compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Nursing based on green channel can improve the treatment efficiency of emergency patients with myocardial infarction,and it is worth popularizing.
