山茶油对老年性便秘及痔疮外用的临床疗效及护理研究

Observation and nursing study on the clinical efficacy of camellia oil for external use in elderly constipation and hemorrhoids

目的:探讨山茶油在老年性便秘及痔疮外用临床治疗及护理干预中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的82例老年性便秘及痔疮患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各41例。对照组行常规便秘护理,观察组患者在此基础上加用山茶油,比较两组患者临床疗效、干预前后生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年性便秘及痔疮患者治疗中,山茶油的应用可取得显著疗效,不仅可以改善患者的生活质量,还能降低患者不良反应的发生率,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of camellia oil in the clinical treatment and intervention of elderly constipation and hemorrhoids.Method:82 elderly patients with constipation and hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine constipation care,while the observation group received camellia oil on this basis.The clinical efficacy,quality of life scores before and after intervention,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly patients with constipation and hemorrhoids,the application of camellia oil can achieve significant therapeutic effects.It can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
