BOPPPS联合情景模拟在麻醉学心肺复苏教学中的效果研究

摘要 目的:研讨BOPPPS联合情景模拟在麻醉学心肺复苏教学中的效果。方法:选取2021年10月-2022年10月规范化培训(住培)麻醉科学员50名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分别设置成情景模拟组与联合教学组,每组25例。情景模拟组住培学员采用情景模拟教学模式,联合教学组住培学员采用BOPPPS联合情景模拟教学法。教学结束后,实施理论知识考试及技能测试,以匿名问卷统计分析满意度及师生互动、学习主动性、分析能力、临床思维能力、自学能力评价,评价标准采用Likert评分。结果:联合教学组学员的理论成绩及技能测试成绩均高于情景模拟组(P<0.05);联合教学组学员的满意度和师生互动情况、学习主动性、分析能力、临床思维能力以及自学能力评价均高于情景模拟组(P<0.05)。结论:采用BOPPPS联合情景模拟教学法,能够有效激发麻醉专业住培学员对麻醉学心肺复苏的学习兴趣,提高住培学员的问题解决能力和临床分析能力,提升麻醉学的教学效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in anesthesiology.Methods:A total of 50 residents in anesthesiology training(residency training)from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into scenario simulation group and combined teaching group with 25 residents in each group.The residents in the scenario simulation group received scenario simulation teaching,while the residents in the combined teaching group received BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching.After the teaching,theoretical knowledge tests were conducted,and anonymous questionnaires were used to collect data on satisfaction,teacher-student interaction,learning initiative,analytical ability,clinical thinking ability,and self-learning ability.The evaluation criteria were based on the Likert scoring system.Results:The comparison of theoretical and skill scores showed that the combined teaching group was higher than the scenario simulation group(P<0.05).The satisfaction,teacher-student interaction,learning initiative,analytical ability,clinical thinking ability,and self-learning ability of the residents in the combined teaching group were higher than those in the scenario simulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching in the training of anesthesiology residents can effectively stimulate the interest of anesthesiology residents in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,improve their problem-solving ability and clinical analytical ability,and enhance the teaching effect of anesthesiology.
