归肾丸加减联合耳穴贴压治疗月经过少的临床分析

Clinical analysis of kidney bolus combined with ear acupoint pressure treatment

目的:探讨月经过少患者应用归肾丸加减与耳穴贴压联合治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取医院收治的80例月经过少患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者行常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组常规西医治疗基础上,增加归肾丸加减与耳穴贴压联合中医治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后性激素雌二醇(E,)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后症状总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对月经过少患者,予以归肾丸加减与耳穴贴压联合治疗,可纠正性激素紊乱,增加月经量,改善月经期不适症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment with modified Guishen Pill and ear acupoint pressure on patients with oligomenorrhea.Method:Eighty patients with oligomenorrhea admitted to hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received a combination of modified Guishen Wan and ear acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment in the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the observation group had significantly better levels of sex hormones such as estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)than the control group(P<0.05);The total symptom score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with oligomenorrhea,the combination of modified Guishen Pills and ear acupoint pressure therapy can correct hormonal imbalances,increase menstrual flow,improve menstrual discomfort symptoms,and enhance treatment effectiveness.It is worth promoting.
