基于物联网技术的糖尿病管理模式对患者的干预效果

摘要 目的:探讨基于物联网技术的糖尿病管理模式对患者的干预效果,尤其在改善血糖紊乱,提高自我管理能力方面的影响。方法:收集在医院进行治疗的138例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例患者。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用基于物联网技术的糖尿病管理模式。统计两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平、自我管理能力、生存质量。结果:干预后,观察组患者HbA1c、2hPBG,FBG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者自我管理能力均得到提高,观察组患者自我管理高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者生存质量均得到提高,且观察组生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于物联网技术的糖尿病管理模式可以有效控制血糖,且可促进患者自我管理能力的提高,进一步改善患者生存质量。 Objective:To explore the intervention effect of diabetes management mode based on Internet of Things technology on patients,especially in improving blood sugar disorder and improving self-management ability.Methods:138 cases of diabetes mellitus treated in hospital were collected as subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,69 cases in both.The control group had conventional management mode,and the observation group had diabetes management mode based on Internet of Things technology.The levels of HbAlc,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After intervention,HbAlc,2hPBG and FBG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).the self-management ability of the two groups was improved;compared between groups,the self-management of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).the quality of life of the two groups was improved.Compared between groups,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diabetes management mode based on the Internet of Things technology can effectively control blood sugar,promote the improvement of patients'self-management ability,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
