Analysis and Exploration of Internet Diagnosis and Treatment Data of a 3a Hospital in 2020

目的通过对某院互联网医院诊疗数据的分析,掌握线上诊疗的运行情况及存在的不足。方法收集某三甲医院2020年互联网线上接诊数据,从科室分布、接诊时间等方面进行分析,并与线下门诊接诊数据进行对比。结果全年线上接诊的患者中,发热门诊接诊量最多,皮肤科人均接诊量最多。从时间分布上看,二月份、每周三、每天上午10点接诊量最多。除发热门诊外,其余科室线下接诊量均高于线上接诊量。结论互联网线上诊疗在疫情期间发挥了重要作用,但仍存在较大提升空间。此外,互联网工作排班和部分医师的接诊行为有待优化与改进。

Objective:To grasp the operation status and the existing shortcomings of online diagnosis and treatment by analyzing the diagnosis and treatment data of an internet hospital in a certain hospital.Method:The authors collected the Internet online access data of a top-three hospital in 2020,analyzed the data from the aspects of department distribution and access time,and compared it with the offline outpatient access data.Result:Among the patients who receive online consultations throughout the year,the fever clinic has the highest number of visits,and the dermatology department has the highest average number of visits per person.From a time distribution perspective,February,Wednesday,and 10 a.m.each day have the highest number of appointments.Except for popular consultations,the offline reception volume of other departments is higher than the online reception volume.Conclusion:Online diagnosis and treatment on the Internet played an important role during the epidemic,but there is still significant room for improvement.In addition,the scheduling of internet work and the reception behavior of some physicians need to be optimized and improved.
