摘要
【目的】比较分析黄蜜、YA-1、YA-3、98-1、斯克奈德斯5个大樱桃品种的果实品质,筛选适宜昭通地区种植的大樱桃品种,为昭通大樱桃种植提供参考。【方法】以昭通地区5个露地栽培的大樱桃品种为材料,对比不同品种间果实外观及内在品质差异显著性,对各指标进行相关性分析,利用隶属函数法和主成分分析法进行综合评价。【结果】1)各品种间果实品质差异显著;黄蜜品种可溶性固形物质量分数(24.14%)、可溶性糖质量分数(17.40%)、果形指数为(0.95)均显著高于其他品种。2)可溶性糖质量分数与可溶性固形物质量分数、含水量,维生素C含量与果柄长度都呈现出高度相关性。3)隶属函数综合分析不同品种果实品质表明黄蜜品种综合表现最优;11项指标可用3个主成分来表示,累计贡献率82.196%,以第1主成分为主。【结论】5个品种中黄蜜品种综合品质最优。
【Objective】The research aimed to compare and analyze the fruit quality of five sweet cherry cultivars,including Huangmi,YA-1,YA-3,98-1 and Schneiders,and screen out the sweet cherry cultivars suitable for planting in Zhaotong area,so as to provide reference for the planting of sweet cherry in Zhaotong.【Methods】Taking five open-field cultivated cherry cultivars in Zhaotong area as materials,the differences of fruit appearance and internal quality among different cultivars were compared,the correlation analysis of each index were carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation were carried out by membership function method and principal component analysis method.【Results】The results showed that:1)there were significant differences in fruit quality among different cultivars;the soluble solids content(24.14%),soluble sugar content(17.40%)and fruit shape index(0.95)of Huangmi were significantly higher than those of other cultiavrs.2)There was a high correlation between the soluble sugar content and soluble solids content and water content,vitamin C content and fruit stalk length.3)Comprehensive analysis of fruit quality of different cultivars by membership function showed that the comprehensive performance of Huangmi was the best.The 11 quality indicators can be expressed by 3 principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 82.196%,and the first principal component is the main one.【Conclusion】The comprehensive quality of Huangmi was the best among the five cultivars.
