5-氨基乙酰丙酸对葡萄光合特性和果实品质的影响

摘要 【目的】探究叶面喷施ALA对葡萄光合特性和果实品质的影响。【方法】试验以克瑞森无核葡萄为试验材料,用不同浓度ALA进行叶面喷施处理,测定叶片光合作用能力、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和果实品质等多个指标。【结果】结果表明外源ALA能够增加葡萄叶片中的叶绿体色素含量,提高葡萄叶片的Pn、Tr、Ci和Gs,从而增强葡萄叶片的光合积累能力。同时有利于提高葡萄果实品质和风味口感。相比于10 mg·L-1和50 mg·L-1的ALA,25 mg·L-1ALA处理总体效果更好。【结论】叶面喷施适宜浓度的ALA处理能够增强葡萄叶片的光合积累能力、改善葡萄果实品质。 【Objective】The effects of foliar spraying ALA on photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of grapes were investigated.【Methods】The experiment was conducted with Crescent grapes as the test material,and foliar spray treatment was carried out with different concentrations of ALA to determine several indexes such as leaf photosynthetic capacity,chlorophyll,carotenoid content and fruit quality.【Results】The experiment showed that exogenous ALA could increase the chloroplast pigment content in grape leaves,and improve the Pn,Tr,Ci and Gs of grape leaves,thus enhancing the photosynthetic accumulation capacity of grape leaves.At the same time,it was conducive to the improvement of grape fruit quality and flavour taste.Compared with 10 mg·L-1 and 50 mg·L-1 ALA,the overall effect of 25 mg·L-1 ALA treatment was better.【Conclusion】Foliar spraying with appropriate concentration of ALA can enhance the photosynthetic accumulation capacity of grape leaves and improve grape fruit quality.
