摘要
【目的】分析影响苹果树腐烂病桥接成活率的因素,保证桥接成活率,有效减轻腐烂病对苹果树主干的危害,恢复树势。【方法】通过三因素三水平正交试验分析了接穗品种、桥接时间、桥接后包扎方法等对桥接成活率影响。【结果】结果表明,桥接后包扎方法是影响桥接成活率的最主要因素,其次是桥接时间,接穗品种影响最小。【结论】在渭北地区最适宜的包扎方法是用黑膜包扎,最适宜的桥接时间为4月中旬(即苹果花开时期),最好的接穗品种为秦冠。
【Objective】To analyze the factors affecting the survival rate of apple tree canker bridging,ensure the survival rate of bridging,effectively reduce the harm of canker to the trunk of apple tree,and restore the tree vigor.【Methods】The effects of scion cultivars,bridging time and bundling method after bridging on the survival rate of bridging were analyzed by three-factor and three-level orthogonal test.【Results】The results showed that the bandaging method after bridging was the most important factor affecting the survival rate of bridging,followed by the bridging time,and the scion cultivar had the least influence.【Conclusion】The most suitable bandaging method in Weibei area is black film bandaging.The most suitable bridging time is in mid-April(apple flowering period),and the best scion cultivar is Qinguan.
