涪陵页岩气田可试压延时趾端滑套应用存在的问题及原因分析

摘要 国内外非常规油气储层开发大都采用泵送桥塞分段压裂技术,在首段压裂时,国内外逐步开展可试压趾端滑套的应用。通过论述可试压延时趾端滑套工作原理及施工流程,结合实例总结涪陵页岩气田应用中出现的异常情况,从趾端滑套本体、胶塞本体等方面开展异常原因分析,提出改进意见,对气田后期趾端滑套的改进和应用提供指导。 Most unconventional oil and gas reservoir developments worldwide use pump-down staged fracturing technology.In the first-stage fracturing,the application of a pressure-test delayed Toe Initiator Valve(TIV)has been gradually implemented domestically and internationally.By discussing the working principle and job process of the pressure-test delayed TIV,combined with examples,anomalies in the application in Fuling Shale Gas Field are summarized.An analysis of abnormal causes is carried out,focusing on the TIV body and element body,and improvement suggestions are proposed,providing guidance for the later improvement and application of TIVs in gas fields.
