摘要
通过对油管热洗装置运行现状的调查,从结构和技术上分析故障原因,对油管热洗装置中的信号传感装置、箱体结构设计进行改造升级,解决了机械故障、清油清淤等问题,提高了热洗效率,完善了自动化技术更新,成功解决制约旧油管修复的技术瓶颈。
Through an investigation into the current operation status of the tubing hot washing equipment,this study analyzed the causes of failures from both structural and technical perspectives.The study proposed an upgrade and modification of the signal sensing device and box structure design of the tubing hot washing equipment.This successfully addressed mechanical failures and oily sludge removal issues,improved the hot washing efficiency,perfected the automation technology,and effectively resolved the technical bottlenecks restricting the repair of old tubings.
