Reflections on Strengthening Primary-level Party Building in the New Situation

提升单位经营管控力和核心竞争力,是新形势下基层党建工作的一个重要课题。通过以“做优‘四带动’,强化思想宣导;做实‘两融合’,强化机制保障;做精‘四渗透’,强化效能释放”为主线,结合实践经验,提出加强新形势下基层党建工作的基本构想。

Enhancing the operational control and core competitiveness of enterprises is an important topic for primary-level Party building in the new situation.Based on the main line of“optimizing the'four drives,'strengthening ideological publicity;solidifying the'two fusions,'strengthening the mechanism guarantee;refining the'four penetrations,'strengthening efficiency release,”and combined with practical experience,this article proposes a basic idea for strengthening primary-level Party building in the new situation.
