摘要
新形势下,如何强化岗位责任制度落实,增强员工责任心、提高岗位执行力,推动企业高质量发展是企业需要思考的重要课题。坪北经理部通过采取优化岗位责任制检查的实施手段、完善岗位责任制检查的开展形式、创新岗位责任制检查的表现机制等方式和手段,不断推动坪北管理“螺旋式”上升,为油田企业实现高质量发展提供管理支撑。
Under the new situation,how to strengthen the implementation of the post responsibility system,enhance the sense of responsibility of employees,improve the execution of posts,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises,is an important topic that enterprises need to think about.To continuously improve the“spiral”rise of Pingbei's management and provide management support for the realization of high-quality development of oilfield enterprises,the Pingbei Management Department has taken several measures:optimizing the implementation method of post responsibility system inspection,improving its form,and innovating its performance mechanism.
