归脾汤联合西药治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Guipi Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type

目的观察归脾汤联合西药治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效。方法将200例心脾两虚型不寐患者使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组患者使用艾司唑仑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用归脾汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果对照组总有效率为81.00%,研究组总有效率为96.00%,组间差异明显具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、催眠药物、日间功能评分及总分数均较治疗前降低,且研究组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、催眠药物、日间功能评分及总分数分别为(0.99±0.12)、(0.94±0.11)、(0.98±0.10)、(0.96±0.11)、(0.97±0.10)、(0.99±0.12)、(0.80±0.09)、(6.63±0.68)分,低于对照组的(1.49±0.16)、(1.36±0.15)、(1.51±0.16)、(1.31±0.15)、(1.29±0.13)、(1.41±0.15)、(1.31±0.14)、(9.68±1.02)分,组间差异明显具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论在心脾两虚型不寐患者临床治疗时,归脾汤联合西药治疗的疗效比较明显。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Guipi Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type.Methods 200 patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type were divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam,and the research group was treated with Guipi Decoction.The clinical effects,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 81%,while the total effective rate of the research group was 96%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep latency,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,hypnotic drugs,daytime function and total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep latency,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,hypnotic drugs,daytime function and total score of the research group were(0.99±0.12),(0.94±0.11),(0.98±0.10),(0.96±0.11),(0.97±0.10),(0.99±0.12),(0.80±0.09)and(6.63±0.68)points,which were lower than(1.49±0.16),(1.36±0.15),(1.51±0.16),(1.31±0.15),(1.29±0.13),(1.41±0.15),(1.31±0.14)and(9.68±1.02)points of the control group;the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type,the combination of Guipi Decoction and Western medicine has a significant therapeutic effect.
