玉竹水煎液对阴虚口渴患者的影响机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析阴虚口渴患者使用玉竹水煎液治疗的临床效果。方法选取100例阴虚口渴患者为观察对象,利用电脑生成的随机数列划分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用灭菌水治疗,观察组采用玉竹水煎液治疗。对比两组患者的口渴程度指数(TI)、口渴痛苦程度(TD)和生活质量评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的TI、TD评分均明显低于本组治疗前,且观察组TI、TD评分分别为(2.44±0.52)、(1.61±1.37)分,均低于对照组的(4.78±1.01)、(3.82±1.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分均明显高于本组治疗前,且观察组SF-36评分为(78.66±6.89)分,明显高于对照组的(67.67±5.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴虚口渴患者使用玉竹水煎液进行临床干预治疗,能够很好改善患者口渴程度及其痛苦程度,可有效增强临床治疗效果,并切实改善患者生活能力,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yuzhu decoction on patients with yin deficiency and thirst.Methods 100 patients with Yin deficiency and thirst were selected as the observation subjects.The cases were divided into an observation group and a control group using a computer-generated random sequence,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received treatment with Yuzhu decoction.The thirst intensity(TI),the thirst distress(TD)and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TI and TD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the scores of TI and TD in the observation group were(2.44±0.52)and(1.61±1.37)points,which were lower than(4.78±1.01)and(3.82±1.42)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the SF-36 score of(78.66±6.89)points in the observation group was significantly higher than(67.67±5.50)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical intervention of Yuzhu decoction can effectively improve the thirst intensity and alleviate the thirst distress in patients with yin deficiency and thirst.It can effectively enhance the clinical treatment effect and effectively improve the patient's ability to live.It is worth promoting.
