Let Tai Chi Culture Take Root in the Community

“起势、右揽雀尾、左单鞭、提手、白鹤亮翅……”1月4日,阳光明媚,在历下区西江华府社区广场上,一群身穿白色太极拳服的叔叔阿姨动作整齐划一,正熟练地打着太极拳。为服务社区居民开展太极公益教学活动,在社区党支部和居委会指导下,2021年7月1日,西江华府太极队成立。

Established on July 1,2021,the Tai Chi Team of Xijiang Huafu actively serves the residents to promote the traditional culture of Tai Chi.In more than 2 years,Xijiang Huafu Tai Chi Team held 7 training courses of traditional IYang-style Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword in the community,8 activities of“Tai Chi Going in School,Bringing the quintessence of Chinese Culture for Youth”,and 1 Qigong fitness public welfare training class,hosting training classes for 800 visitors.
