基于Watson关怀理论的培训在低年资护士培训中的应用

摘要 目的探究将基于Watson关怀理论的培训应用于低年资护士,对其人文关怀能力、临床护理质量及护理满意度的效果观察。方法采用便利抽样法,选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院110名低年资护士为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=55)和试验组(n=55)。对照组低年资护士采用常规人文关怀学习培训,试验组低年资护士采用基于Watson关怀理论的人文关怀学习培训。比较两组低年资护士参加培训前后人文关怀品质量表得分情况、两组低年资护士临床护理工作质量及护理满意度。结果经过培训后,试验组低年资护士的护理人文关怀品质总分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组低年资护士临床护理质量评分为(97.8±2.1)分,显著高于对照组的(91.2±2.5)分,试验组低年资护士护理满意度(98.18%,54/55)显著高于对照组(80.00%,44/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Watson关怀理论的人文关怀培训能够促进低年资护士掌握人文关怀相关理论知识,培养其人文关怀素质,从而提高临床护理工作质量和护理满意度,值得临床护理管理者推广和使用。 Objective To explore the application of training based on Watson's care theory to young nurses,and to observe the effects on their humanistic care ability,clinical nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 110 young nurses from Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into a control group(n=55)and an experimental group(n=55)using a random number table method.The control group of junior nurses received routine humanistic care learning and training,while the experimental group of junior nurses received humanistic care learning and training based on Watson's care theory.The scores of the humanistic care product quality table between two groups of young nurses before and after training,as well as the clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of young nurses were compared.Results After training,the total score of nursing humanistic care quality for young nurses in the experimental group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).The clinical nursing quality score for young nurses in the experimental group was(97.8±2.1)points,significantly higher than that of the control group(91.2±2.5)points.The nursing satisfaction rate of young nurses in the experimental group was 98.18%(54/55),significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(44/55),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Human care training based on Watson's care theory can promote young nurses to master theoretical knowledge related to human care,cultivate their humanistic care quality,and improve the quality of clinical nursing work and nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and using by clinical nursing managers.
