留学生《中医儿科学》“5+1”多元化考核改革与实践

摘要 目的探讨“5+1”多元化考核模式在留学生《中医儿科学》教学中的应用及效果评价。方法选取北京中医药大学2017级留学生针推班为实验班(n=18),采用“5+1”多元化的考核模式,进行形成性评价;另选取2017级留学生中医班为对照班(n=35),采用传统期末考试考核模式。课程结束后对2个班学生期末考试成绩、期末成绩分布梯度进行分析,并进行满意度问卷调查。结果实验班期末考试成绩优于对照班,并呈现出较好的分布梯度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验班学生们对“5+1”多元化考核方式的满意度较高,在课前通过微信群预习新课的时间、对教学模式的接受程度、教学模式是否提高自主学习的效率方面优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“5+1”多元化模式对教学的各个环节实施考核,刺激了留学生学习的动机和自主学习能力,提升了学习的学习成绩,同时培养了学生的实践能力。 Objective To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of the"5+1"diversified assessment model in the teaching of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine for international students.Methods The students from the 2017 Acupuncture Promotion International Student Class at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the experimental class(n=18),and a"5+1"diversified assessment model was adopted for formative evaluation.The 2017 Traditional Chinese Medicine International Student Clas s was selected as the control class(n=35),and the traditional final exam assessment model was used.After the completion of the course,the final exam scores and the distribution gradient of the final scores of the two classes of students were analyzed,and a s atisfaction questionnaire survey was conducted.Results In terms of the s cores of the final exam,the experimental class outperformed the control class and showed a good distribution gradient,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The students of the experimental class were satisfied with the"5+1"diversified assessment model,especially in terms of times for previewing new lessons through Wechat,acceptance level of new model and improving efficiency of self-directed learning,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The"5+1"diversified model implements assessments in all aspects of teaching,stimulating the motivation and autonomous learning ability of international students,which not only improves their academic performance,but also benefits the cultivation of students’practical abilities.
