清热利咽汤对鼻咽癌放疗所致急性口咽黏膜反应及免疫功能的影响研究

Study on the effect of Qingre Liyan Decoction on acute oropharyngeal mucosal reaction and immune function caused by radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的对于鼻咽癌放疗引起的急性口咽黏膜反应和免疫功能的影响,本文对清热利咽汤的作用进行了简要分析。方法纳入2021年1月至2022年6月泉州市第一医院收入的鼻咽癌放疗患者60例,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例,对照组患者放疗后给予维生素B12注射液治疗,观察组给予维生素B12注射^(+)清热利咽汤治疗,就两组患者中医证候评分、急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤程度、免疫功能、唾液分泌功能进行组间比较。结果观察组患者治疗后中医证候评分各项指标、口腔黏膜损伤程度、CD8^(+)指标、唾液流速、淀粉酶分泌速度指标均低于对照组,且治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌放疗患者给予清热利咽汤干预,能有效防治急性口咽黏膜反应,提高免疫功能,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qingre Liyan Decoction on acute oropharyngeal mucosal reaction and immune function caused by radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were included.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment protocols,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received a vitamin B12 injection after radiotherapy,while the observation group received a vitamin B 12 injection and Qingre Liyan Decoction treatment.The traditiona l Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,degree of acute radiation-induced oropharyngeal mucosal damage,immune function,and salivary secretion function between groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,degree of oral mucosal damage,indicators of CD8^(+),saliva flow rate,and amylase secretion rate of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the indicators of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with Qingre Liyan Decoction for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy can effectively prevent and treat acute oropharyngeal mucosal reactions,improve immune function,and have clinical promotion value.
