护理专业学生自我领导力和职业认同相关性研究

A study on the correlation between self-leadership and professional identity among nursing students

摘要 目的调查某大学护理专业大学生的自我领导力水平,探讨影响自我领导力的因素,调查护生职业认同水平,并对二者之间的相关性进行分析,为提高护生自我领导力水平提供一定的理论依据和基础。方法本研究以湖北科技学院260名护理专业大学生为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料问卷、自我领导力量表、职业认同量表等工具,自2022年12月至2023年3月,对其进行横断性调查。结果护生自我领导力总分为(130.01±13.83)分,是否班干部及社团成员、是否参加过社会实践,不同学习成绩情况下,护生自我领导力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生职业认同总分为(58.52±10.19)分。护生自我领导力和职业认同存在正相关的关系(r=0.444,P<0.01)。结论护生的自我领导力及职业认同均处于中等水平,有提升的空间。因此护理教育者和研究者有必要推动护生自我领导力的发展,要进一步研究开发适合于中国护生的自我领导力课程,激励护生设定正向积极的职业目标,增强护生的职业认同感。 Objective To investigate the level of self-leadership among nursing students in an university,explore the affecting factors of self-leadership,investigate the level of professional identity among nursing students,and analyze the correlation between the two variables,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis of improving the self-leadership level of nursing students.Methods This study selected 260 nursing students from Hubei University of Science and Technology as the participants,and conducted a cross-sectional survey using tools such as the General Demographic Data Questionnaire,Self-Leadership Scale,and Professional Identity Scale from December 2022 to March 2023.Results The total score of self-leadership for nursing students was(130.01±13.83).There were statistically significant differences in self-leadership scores among nursing students with different academic performance,work and social practice experience(P<0.05).The total score of professional identity for nursing students was(58.52±10.19).There was a positive correlation between selfleadership and professional identity among nursing students(r=0.444,P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of selfleadership and professional identity among nursing students were both moderate.Therefore,it is necessary for nursing educators and researchers to promote the development of self-leadership among nursing students,and develop self-leadership courses suitable for Chinese nursing students,encouraging them to set positive career goals,and enhancing their professional identity.
