人性化护理模式在冠心病合并心律失常患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的:分析人性化护理模式在冠心病合并心律失常患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月德州市齐河县人民医院心内科收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者110例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛稳定状态、对疾病的认知度、治疗满意度评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理模式在冠心病合并心律失常患者中的应用效果较好,可缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量及机体功能状态。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing mode in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia admitted to the Cardiology Department of Qihe County People's Hospital in Dezhou City from January 2020 to December 2021were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanized nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).After nursing,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of physical activity limitation,angina pectoris attack frequency,angina pectoris stable state,disease cognition,and treatment satisfaction in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia has a good effect,which can alleviate negative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life and body functional state.
