摘要
在高等职业教育高质量发展和产业不断转型升级的背景下,“双师型”教师队伍建设已成为高等职业院校提升教学质量,实现人才培养目标的关键因素。因此,尝试从哲学视角,在理清“双师型”教师内涵的基础上,分析“双师型”教师的本质及价值,探讨哲学视域下“双师型”教师队伍建设的路径。
Under the background of the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and the continuous upgrading of industrial transformation,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers’team has become a key factor for higher vocational colleges to improve the teaching quality and achieve the goal of talent training.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze the essence and value of“double-qualified”teachers from the perspective of philosophy,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of“double-qualified”teachers,and explore the path of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers’team from a philosophical perspective.
