摘要
数字技术与教育领域的深度融合加快了高等教育发展的数字化转型,促进了高校教学理念、教学环境以及教学模式的转变,也对高校教师的数字素养提出了新的要求.作为教育教学的行动主体和文化知识的传授者,高校教师数字素养的提升既是适应教育数字化的必然要求也是推进高等教育现代化的有效途径.数字技术的嵌入形塑新的高等教育生态体系,而高校教师在教育数字化转型中面临主体意识淡薄、数字知识匮乏、数字技能缺失、安全防护较弱以及数字资源不足等问题.基于此,文章从激发内生性动力、构建学习共同体、实施多样化评价、开展系统性培训和强化安全防护能力等多方面提出高校教师数字素养的培育路径,以期推进我国高等教育现代化的实现.
The deep integration of digital technology and education has accelerated the digital transformation of higher education development,promoted the transformation of teaching concepts,teaching environments and teaching modes in colleges and universities,and put forward new requirements for the digital literacy of college teachers.As the main body of education and teaching and the imparter of cultural knowledge,the improvement of digital literacy of college teachers is not only an inevitable requirement to adapt to the digitalization of education,but also an effective way to promote the modernization of higher education.The study believes that the embedding of digital technology shapes a new higher education ecosystem,and college teachers face such problems as weak sense of subjectivity,lack of digital knowledge,lack of digital skills,weak security protection,and insufficient digital resources in the digital transformation of education.Based on this,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of digital literacy of college teachers from many aspects,such as stimulating endogenous motivation,building a learning community,implementing diversified evaluation,carrying out systematic training and strengthening security protection capabilities,so as to promote the realization of the modernization of higher education in China.
