应用特定虚拟人设开展疾控文化品牌建设和科普宣传的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着疾病预防控制体系改革的不断深化,加强文化建设已经成为构筑现代化疾病预防控制中心的重要内容和客观要求。在疾控文化建设过程中,树立品牌意识,挖掘文化特色品牌尤为重要。“疾控福尔摩斯”作为一个有潜力的疾控文化品牌代表,对其精神内涵进行深度总结和提炼,使其概念更加明确、表现更加规范,并通过实际应用不断为品牌赋能,将使其成为一个有活力的疾控公益宣传品牌。结合目前疾病预防控制系统改革的新形势,广大疾病预防控制专业人员应以“疾控福尔摩斯”文化品牌为例,在实际工作中去发掘和创作更多的有活力、有特色的疾控文化品牌,并在疾病预防控制工作中不断应用和宣传,从而提升疾控精神文明建设和获得社会公众的配合度,并为更高效地发挥防病、控病起到助力作用。 With the continuous deepening of reform of disease prevention and control system,strengthening cultural construction has become an important part and objective requirement for constructing modern centers for disease prevention and control(CDC).In the process of constructing the culture of CDC,it is particularly important to establish brand awareness and explore cultural characteristic brands.As a potential representative of CDC culture brand,summarizing and refining the spiritual connotation of“Sherlock Holmes for Disease Control and Prevention”in depth will make its concept more clear and its performance more standardized.Furthermore,constantly enabling the brand through practical application will make it become a dynamic public welfare promotion brand.Combining with the current situation of reform of China’s disease prevention and control system,the professionals who are engaged in disease prevention and control should take the“Sherlock Holmes for Disease Control and Prevention”cultural brand as an example to discover and create more dynamic and distinctive cultural brands in their actual work,and continue to strengthen innovative application in disease prevention and control work,which will help improve the construction of the spiritual civilization of CDC,obtain the cooperation of the public,and play a supportive role in more efficient disease control and prevention work.
