T6热处理对2618铝合金组织与力学性能的影响

摘要 文章研究了T6热处理对锻造成形后2618铝合金零件的组织和力学性能的影响。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、电子万能试验机对2618铝合金的显微组织和力学性能进行了测试,确定了该合金的最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,2618铝合金的最佳固溶处理工艺为525℃/1 h;最佳时效处理工艺为195℃/19 h。2618铝合金经过时效处理后,分布在晶界附近的低熔点S相(Al 2CuMg)完全回溶至基体,材料固溶强化效果显著。经过测试,其抗拉强度、屈服强度及断后延伸率分别达到459 MPa、379 MPa、9.3%。 The effect of T6 heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2618 aluminum alloy parts after forging was studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties of 2618 aluminum alloy were tested by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and electronic universal testing machine,and the best heat treatment process was determined.The results show that the best solution treatment process of 2618 aluminum alloy is 525℃/1 h where the best aging process was 195℃/19 h.After aging treatment,the low melting point S-phase(Al 2CuMg)distributed near the grain boundary is completely redissolved to the matrix,and the solid solution strengthening effect of 2618 aluminum alloy is remarkable.After testing,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation after fracture can reach 459 MPa,379 MPa and 9.3%respectively.
