清代福建正音书院再探

In the Qing Dynasty,Fujian Zhengyin Academy Was Explored Again

清雍正六年,针对福建、广东乡音复杂问题,雍正帝谕令两省纠正乡音,福建各州县遂设立正音书院以教习官话,两年内福建各地相继建立起百余所正音书院。至雍正末年,由于书院办学效果未能达到预期,对正音书院的政策做出调整。乾隆十年,谕令裁撤福州府城四门正音书院,福建其他各地正音书院也相继裁撤。乾隆三十六年,谕令将教习官话的官学概行停止。

In the sixth year of_Yongzheng reign of the_Qing Dynasty,in view of the complex problems of dialects of Fujian and Guangdong,Emperor Yongzheng ordered the two provinces to correct the local accent,and all prefecture and county governments in Fujian set up"mandarine dialect academies".Within two,years,more than 10o"mandarine dialect academies"were,established in all parts of'Fujian.At the end of Yongzheng reign,the policy of"academy"was adjusted due to the failure to meet the expectation.In the tenth year of Qianlong,reign,four regular academies in Fuzhou were abolished,and other regular academies in Fujan were also abolished.In the thirty-sixth year of Qianlong reign,the official practice of teaching mandarin was stopped.
