摘要
现有棉花打包生产线无法满足新疆地区新的打包方式对自动化生产的需求,针对该问题设计了一种棉花离线打包系统。在设计的棉花离线打包系统中,选择了运输机械手的夹持器和手臂关节作为研究对象,利用Solid Works软件创建了机械设备的三维模型。在ANSYS工作台的有限元软件中,对研究对象进行了受力分析,以评估其结构强度并进行轻量化设置。不仅为棉花打包系统的质量提升提供了新的技术,节约了制造成本,也减少了动力输出,更好地满足了节能、低碳和环保的要求,并且符合新疆地区新的打包方式的需求。同时,这种离线打包系统也可以为林业产业提供更多的机械设备选择,促进林业的可持续发展和利用。
In view of the fact that the existing cotton baling production line could not meet the demand for automatic production of new baling methods in Xinjiang,a cotton off-line baling system was designed.In the designed cotton off-line baling system,the gripper and arm joints of the transport manipulator were selected as the research objects,and the three-dimensional model of the mechanical equipment contained in the cotton off-line baling system was created by using Solid Works software.Then,in the ANSYS Workbench In the finite element software,a force analysis was carried out on the study object to evaluate its structural strength and to set it lightly.It not only provides new technology for the quality improvement of the cotton baling system,saves manufacturing costs,but also reduces power output,better meets the requirements of energy saving,low carbon and environmental protection,and meets the needs of new baling methods in Xinjiang.At the same time,this off-line packaging system can also provide more mechanical equipment options for the forestry industry and promote the sustainable development and utilization of forestry.
