摘要
分别采用国家标准GB/T 34440—2017中落砂法、行业标准LY/T 2716—2016中200转换砂纸磨耗法和行业标准LY/T 3303—2022中500转换砂纸磨耗法,对10种石塑地板样品表面耐磨性能进行检测。结果表明:500转换砂纸磨耗法耐磨转数的自然对数值与200转换砂纸磨耗法耐磨转数呈线性相关,相关系数R 2为0.9674。耐磨层厚度相同时,落砂法的体积损失值越低,500转换砂纸磨耗法和200转换砂纸磨耗法的耐磨转数均越高。
The surface wear resistance of 10 kinds of stone plastic floor samples was tested by using the drop sand GB/T 34440—2017 standard,200 conversion sandpaper abrasion method in LY/T 2716—2016 standard and 500 conversion sandpaper abrasion method in LY/T 3303—2022 standard,respectively.The results show that there is a linear correlation between the natural logarithm of wear revolutions of 500 conversion sandpaper and that of 200 conversion sandpaper,and the correlation coefficient R 2 is 0.9674.When the thickness of the wear layer is the same,the lower the volume loss value of the drop sand method,the higher the wear revolutions of the 500 conversion sandpaper method and the 200 conversion sandpaper method.
