选择性激光烧结中铺粉过程离散元模拟

摘要 铺粉过程是选择性面激光烧结中重要的工艺过程之一,为研究铺粉过程中不同工艺参数对粉末床铺粉质量的影响,研究并设计了一种辊子-刮板式的铺粉结构,以PES为烧结粉末材料,通过EDEM软件对铺粉过程进行离散元仿真。模拟分析了辊子-刮板的移动速度V和刮板端部倾斜角度α对粉末床铺粉质量的影响。结果表明:辊子-刮板的移动速度V越大,铺粉质量越差;刮板端部倾斜角度α对粉末床铺粉质量影响很小。 Powder laying process is one of the important technological processes in selective surface laser sintering.In order to study the influence of different technological parameters on the quality of powder bed powder during powder laying process,a roller and scraping powder laying structure was studied and designed.PES was used as sintered powder material,and the powder laying process was simulated by using EDEM software.The effects of the moving speed V of the roller and the Angleαof the scraper end on the quality of powder bed powder were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the higher the moving speed V of roller and scraper,the worse the quality of laying powder;The tilt Angle of the scraper endαhas little effect on the quality of powder bed powder.
