中国式现代化语境下的乡村旅游高质量发展:价值意蕴与战略路径

Research on High Quality Development of Rural Tourism on the Journey to Chinese Modernization:Value Implications and Strategic Paths

乡村旅游,是“十四五”时期丰富乡村经济业态的关键内容之一,更是满足人民美好生活需要的重要保障。推动乡村旅游高质量发展,是提升乡村多元价值、全面推进农业农村现代化进程的有效路径。立足于中国式现代化的本质要求,本文系统梳理乡村旅游高质量发展的价值意蕴,以“协同发展、绿色低碳、开放变革、富裕共享”为基本思路,提出乡村旅游“质量和效益提升、绿色低碳转型、供给侧结构性改革、国际合作与竞争优势提升、文化旅游价值深度挖掘”的五大战略路径。最后,建议从工作机制、人才智力、金融服务、土地协同等方面着手,为乡村旅游高质量发展提供高效保障。

Rural tourism is one of the key themes of the“14th Five Year Plan”period to enrich rural economic pattern,but also an important guarantee to meet people’s needs for a better life.Pursuing high quality development of rural tourism is related to the enhancement of rural values and the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the essential requirements of Chinese modernization,this article systematically summarized the value implication of high-quality development of rural tourism.Taking“development in a better coordinated way,low carbon,open and reform,prosperity and sharing”as the basic idea,it proposed five strategic paths,“improving quality and efficiency,green and low carbon transformation,supply side structural reform,enhancing international cooperation and competitive advantage,and exploring the value of cultural tourism”.Finally,it suggested that,it should start from the aspects of“working mechanism,talent intelligence,financial services,land coordination”to provide efficient guarantee for the high-quality development of rural tourism.
