中青年肾移植受者出院准备需求的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Discharge Readiness Needs of Young and Middle-Aged Kidney Transplant Recipients

目的:探讨中青年肾移植受者出院准备需求,为临床开展高质量的出院准备服务提供参考。方法:采用现象学研究方法,目的抽样选取安徽省合肥市某三级甲等医院11例接受亲属活体肾移植的患者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对数据资料进行编码、归纳后提炼主题。结果:分析得出肾移植受者出院准备需求的5个主题,分别是疾病知识需求,专科护理需求,家庭、社会关爱需求,心理干预需求,转介服务需求。结论:肾移植受者在治疗期间舒适度较低,疾病不确定感较高,易产生焦虑、抑郁的情绪,迫切需要来自外部的支持;医务人员应加强肾移植受者疾病相关知识的宣传普及;重视肾移植受者多元化需求。

Objective:To investigate the discharge preparation needs of young and middle-aged kidney transplant recipients inorder to provide reference for clinical discharge preparation services of high quality.Methods:Based on the transition theory and phenomenological research method,objective to select 11 patients who received living kidney transplantation from relatives in a top-three hospital in Hefei,Anhui Province for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to code and summarize the data and extract the themes.Results:Five themes of discharge preparation needs of kidney transplant recipients were analyzed,which were disease knowledge needs,specialized nursing needs,family needs,social care needs,psychological intervention needs and referral service needs.Conclusion:Kidney transplant recipients have low comfort,high uncertainty,anxiety and depression during treatment,and need external support.It is suggested that medical staff should strengthen the publicity and popularization of disease related knowledge of kidney transplant recipients,Therefore,it’s important pay attention to the diverse needs of kidney transplant recipients.
