数智赋能:数字融媒体赋能区域经济发展的机制研究

Digital Intelligence Empowerment:Research on the Mechanism of Digital Convergence Media Empowering Regional Economic Development

数智经济带来了生产方式和生活方式的巨变,与其说传统媒体受到数智技术的冲击,不如说数智技术的双线融合给传统媒体带来了新的生机,而且把媒体的作用提升到了新的高度。传统媒体应该主动迎接数智技术所带来的新变化,跳出固有的思维模式和生产模式,立足于可供性理论,助力区域经济发展。我国已经完成了中央级、省级、市级、县级数字融媒体的战略布局,各级数字融媒体中心也在努力探索新的经营模式,努力融入区域经济建设的大环境中。作为新生事物,数字融媒体赋能区域经济的具体推进路径还在探索中前进,在实践中还有新旧模式转变的突出矛盾,这就需要立足于数智赋能区域经济发展的可能性空间,探讨数字融媒体中心在区域经济发展中的地位、作用、遇到的问题以及解决的路径。

The digital intelligence economy has brought great changes in social production and lifestyles,and it is not so much that traditional media are struck by digital intelligence technology,but that the dual-line integra⁃tion of digital intelligence technology has brought new vitality to traditional media and raised the role of media to a new height.Traditional media should take the initiative to embrace the new changes brought by digital intelligence technology and jump out of the inherent thought and production method,to increase regional economic develop⁃ment based on the theory of affordance.Currently,China has completed the strategic blueprint of digital financial media at the central,provincial,municipal and county levels,and digital financial media centers at abundant lev⁃els are also striving to explore new business models therefore to integrate into the macro-environment of regional economic construction.As a new phenomena,the specific promotion path of digital financial media empowering re⁃gional economy is still in the process of exploration,and there are still prominent contradictions in the transforma⁃tion of models in practice.To solve these issue,it is necessary to based on the possibility space of digital intelli⁃gence to empower regional economic development,discussing the status,role,problems encountered and solutions of digital financial media centers in regional economic development.
