马克思主义收入分配理论解决收入不均衡问题研究

Research on Marxist Theory of Income Distribution to Solve the Problem of Income Imbalance

改革开放特别是党的十八大以来我国居民收入水平大幅提高,但是仍存在发展不充分和收入不均衡的问题。收入分配方面出现的不均衡,降低了群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感,同时影响了高质量发展目标的实现,并阻碍了共同富裕的进程。因此,改革分配制度是当前社会发展过程中亟须解决的重要问题,我国收入分配制度的改革必须以马克思主义收入分配理论为指导。马克思主义收入分配理论主要探讨了收入分配的决定因素和来源、资本主义的剥削问题、社会总产品的分配原则、收入分配的尺度与标准以及共产主义社会收入分配的设想等,处处彰显收入分配的公平正义价值追求。深入理解并运用马克思主义收入分配理论,建构以人民为中心、以共同富裕为目的的分配制度,是解决收入分配不均衡问题的重要途径。

Since the reform and opening up,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the income level of Chinese residents has significantly increased.However,there still exists the problem of income inequality.The uneven distribution of income not only affects the achievement of high-quality development goals,but also to some extent reduces the sense of gain,happiness,and security of the people,hindering the pace of common prosperity.Therefore,reforming the distribution system is an important issue that urgently needs to be solved in the current social development process.The reform of China's income distribution system must be guided by Marxist income distribution theory.The Marxist theory of income distribution mainly explores the determining factors and sources of income distribution,the exploitation problem of capitalism,the distribution principles of total social products,the scale and standards of income distribution,and the ideas of income distribution in communist society,demonstrating the pursuit of fairness and justice in income distribution.Deeply understanding and applying Marxist income distribution theory to construct a distribution system centered on the people and aimed at common prosperity is an important way to solve the problem of income distribution imbalance.
