基于AHP分析法的实验室质量管理体系评价研究

RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION OF LABORATORY QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON AHP ANALYSIS

通过运用AHP分析法和模糊评价对实验室质量管理体系进行评价,依照ISO/IEC 17025构建指标,建立实验室质量管理评价模型。分析评价结果后发现,实验室质量管理体系综合评价刚达到“良”等水平,其中基础资源方面只达到了“中”等水平,说明基础资源方面的问题尤为突出。存在问题的主要原因包括:人员质量意识淡薄、结果有效性保证不足、未能实现持续改进、风险管理意识不强、文件管理不够系统。AHP分析法能够作为实验室质量体系执行有效性的评价方法,为实验室质量管理体系的建设和优化提供参考依据,促进质量管理体系的持续建设和发展。本研究可以提高实验室质量管理体系执行的有效性,并针对实验室质量管理体系中存在的问题提出优化的对策措施。

By using the AHP analysis method and fuzzy evaluation to evaluate the quality management system of laboratory,indicators were constructed according to ISO/IEC 17025,and a laboratory quality management evaluation model was established.After analyzing the evaluation results,it was found that the comprehensive evaluation of the laboratory quality management system had just reached the level of“good”,with only a“medium”level in terms of the basic resources,indicating that the problem in the basic resources was particularly prominent.The main reasons for the existing problems include:weak personnel quality awareness,insufficient guarantee of effectiveness of results,failure to achieve continuous improvement,weak risk management awareness,and insufficient systematic document management.The AHP analysis method could serve as an evaluation method for the effectiveness of laboratory quality system execution,providing reference basis for the construction and optimization of laboratory quality management system,and promote the continuous construction and development of quality management system.This study could improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the laboratory quality management system and propose optimization measures for the problems in the laboratory quality management system.
