摘要
稻谷成熟后由于自身内部因素和储藏环境的影响,将发生物理化学、生理生化等变化导致其品质下降,需要检测其品质和新鲜度。概述了与稻谷新鲜度相关的物理指标和生理生化判定指标,综述了显色剂法、近红外光谱技术、拉曼光谱技术和电子鼻在稻谷新鲜度仪器检测方面的研究进展,并展望了稻谷新鲜度仪器检测的未来发展趋势。
Due to the influence of internal factors and storage environment,the decline in paddy was based on the changes if physical chemistry,physiology and biochemistry,it was nesessary to test.This paper summarized the physical index and physiological and biochemical determination indexes related to the paddy freshness,and reviewed the research progress of chromogenic method,near infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy and electronic nose in instrument detection technology of paddy freshness and also looked forward to the future development trends of instrument of paddy freshness.
