镇江市科技企业孵化器高质量发展策略研究

Research on the high-quality development strategy of sci-tech enterprise incubators in Zhenjiang city

镇江市于2021年出台市级孵化载体认定办法后,全市科技企业孵化器认定呈上升趋势,全市科技企业孵化器发展取得一定的成效,但其在运营管理能力与孵化成效方面仍存在各类问题。文章以镇江市44家孵化器为研究对象,通过分析问卷搜集数据,梳理现状,总结不足,从外部客观环境和内部主观因素两个层面剖析原因,围绕孵化器发展目标、管理评价办法、激励支撑措施、加强资源供给4个主要环节,对促进镇江市科技企业孵化器高质量发展提出相应对策。

After Zhenjiang issued the municipal incubation carrier identification method in 2021,the city's science and technology enterprise incubator identification has shown an increasing trend,with achieving a certain results.But there are still various problems in its operation management ability and incubation effectiveness.This paper took 44 incubators in Zhenjiang as the research object,collected data through questionnaires for analysis,sorted out the current situation and summarized the shortcomings,and analyzed the reasons from two aspects:external objective environment and internal subjective factors.The paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote high-quality development of incubators in Zhenjiang,focusing on the four main links of incubator development objectives,management evaluation methods,incentive support measures and strengthening resource supply.
