摘要
材料类专业本科生的创新实践能力是衡量工科类院校人才培养质量的标准之一,文章针对部分工科院校本科生创新实践能力较差的问题,围绕人才培养模式、创新实践基地、创新实践活动等3个方面分析了问题的原因所在,并探讨了相应的改善途径,揭示了工科院校本科生创新实践能力提升的必要性。文章基于国家和社会对科技人才的需求,提出通过树立明确培养目标,更新教学内容,增加考核评估方式,推进校内和校外实践基地建设,开展多样性的创新实践活动等具体途径综合改善本科生的创新实践能力,为新一代科技人才的培养提供支撑。
The innovative practical ability of undergraduates majoring in materials is one of the standards for measuring the quality of talent cultivation in engineering colleges.This paper focuses on the problem of poor innovative practical ability among engineering college undergraduates,analyzing the reasons of which from three aspects of talents cultivation model,innovative practical bases,and innovative practical activities,and exploring corresponding promotion ways,revealing the necessity of improving the innovative practical ability of undergraduates in engineering colleges.Based on the demand of scientific talents for our country and society,this paper is proposed to comprehensively improve the innovative practical abilities by establishing cultivation objectives,updating teaching content,adding assessment and evaluation methods,promoting the construction of practical bases inside and outside university,and conducting diverse innovative practical activities,and finally providing supporting for the cultivation of new generation scientifical talents.
