摘要
为了寻求人与自然和谐发展的模式,我国越来越重视对生态城市与绿色交通的建设,文章首先阐述了生态城市与绿色交通的研究意义,尝试性提出了绿色交通评价指标体系的构建思路,选取相关的影响因子建立评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对各项指标赋权,采用熵值法修正权重,最后以南宁五象总部基地绿色交通发展水平作为评价指标体系实例应用对象,研究其在绿色交通设施水平、绿色交通管理水平、绿色环境质量水平三个方面共12项指标的发展水平,研究结果表明:五象总部基地在道路线网非直线系数、绿色交通空间智能度、路口非机动车优先设置率均不太理想。最后通过各指标评价结果有针对性地提出相关规划应对策略,以期为未来生态城市与绿色交通发展提供参考。
To seek a model of harmonious development between human and nature,China has put increasingly emphasis on the construction of eco-cities and green traffic.The significance of the study on eco-city and green traffic is expounded firstly.This paper tentatively proposes a consideration on the construction of evaluation index system for green traffic,and selects relevant influencing factors to construct the system.AHP is adopted to determine the weight of each index,while entropy method is used to correct the weights.The paper chooses the green traffic development level of Nanning Wuxiang headquarters base as the empirical object of the evaluation index system,and studies its development level of 12 indicators from three aspects of green traffic infrastructure,green traffic management,and green environmental quality.The results show that Wuxiang headquarters base gets lower scores on the non-linear coefficient of the road network,green traffic spatial intelligence,and the rate of facilities set at intersections for the priority of non-motor vehicles.Finally,the paper provides some planning strategies in a targeted way according to the evaluation results of various indicators,hoping to provide a reference for the development of eco-city and green traffic in the future.
