亲和浮选净化邻苯二酚类污染物的研究

摘要 文章以L64作为模板分子,借助酰氯化反应向其中引入硼酸基团,制备了新型聚合物苯硼酸功能化L64。并在此基础上对苯硼酸功能化L64的浊点性质及其变化进行了研究,借此验证了L64的成功改性。将所制备的苯硼酸功能化L64作为浮选捕集剂,应用于邻苯二酚的亲和浮选实验中。并对影响邻苯二酚回收率的因素进行了优化实验,得到了最佳浮选工艺条件:0.34 g捕集剂,2 mg邻苯二酚,15 mL/min氮气流速以及40 min浮选时间。 A novel phenylboric acid functionalized L64 was prepared by acyl chlorination reaction which introduced boric acid groups into the L64 template molecul.The successful modification of L64 was proved by the study of the cloud point properties and variation of functionalized L64 with phenylboronic acid.The prepared phenylboronic acid functionalized L64 was used as a flotation collector in the affinity flotation experiment of catechol,and the factors affecting the recovery rate of catechol were optimized.The optimal flotation process conditions were obtained:0.34 g of collector,2 mg of catechol,15 mL/min nitrogen flow rate,and 40 min flotation time.
