摘要
通过对聚乙烯管不同焊接工艺所形成的焊缝结构分析,了解相应的焊接缺陷产生的机理,针对各自形成的焊缝形状,选择不同的超声检测工艺。对电熔焊接接头检测,采用相控阵超声检测工艺,优化其灵敏度、扫查孔径和聚焦深度的工艺参数来提高检测效率;对热熔焊接接头采用TOFD检测方法,选择合适TOFD楔块材质和规格来提高检测分辨力。
By analyzing the weld structure formed by different welding processes of polyethylene pipes,understanding the mechanism of corresponding welding defects,and selecting different ultrasonic testing processes based on the shape of each formed weld seam.For the detection of electric fusion welded joints,phased array ultrasonic testing technology is adopted to optimize the process parameters of sensitivity,scanning aperture,and focusing depth to improve detection efficiency.Using TOFD testing method for hot melt welded joints,selecting appropriate TOFD wedge material and specifications to improve detection resolution.
