摘要
教师教育课程整合是新时代高质量教师教育体系建设的重要一步,教师知识是教师教育课程从分离迈向整合的逻辑起点。重新审视教师教育课程的知识基础,发现教师教育课程知识作为认知、思维与价值观的内在勾连,强有力知识对师范生最有价值,包含日常经验知识、科目理论知识和教学化知识。教师教育课程整合即通过知识强有力属性融通下的领域化课程体系,促进师范生对强有力知识的理解、运用和生产,增进教师教育课程作为一个整体的育人功能。在具体行动上,需立足项目导向的课程进阶,以多重场域联动的教学学术共同体为整合纽带,借助于学科概念、跨学科概念和本土话语,推动强有力教师教育课程图景的实现。
The integration of teacher education curriculum is an important step in the construction of a highquality teacher education system in the new era,and teacher knowledge is the logical starting point for teacher education curriculum to move from separation to integration.Rethinking the knowledge base of teacher education curriculum,it is found that knowledge of teacher education curriculum serves as an intrinsic hook for cognition,thinking and values,and powerful knowledge is most valuable to student teachers,including knowledge of everyday experiences,academic theoretical knowledge,and pedagogical knowledge.Integration of teacher education curriculum promotes the understanding,use and production of knowledge by teacher educators through the domainbased curriculum supported by the integration of powerful attributes of knowledge,and enhances the nurturing function of the teacher education curriculum as a whole.In terms of action,the teacher education curriculum is based on project-oriented curriculum progression,with the integration of a multifaceted pedagogical and academic community as the integrating link,and with the help of disciplinary concepts,interdisciplinary concepts and local discourses,to promote the realization of a powerful teacher education curriculum prospect.
