延丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对老年心肌梗死患者血小板功能、炎症因子的影响

Influence of Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin on platelet function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with myocardial infarction

目的观察延丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对老年心肌梗死患者血小板功能、炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年8月至2020年8月于南阳市中医院治疗急性心肌梗死老年患者115例,依据其治疗方式分为对照组(56例,口服阿托伐他汀)和研究组(59例,采用延丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗)。两组均治疗30 d。比较两组治疗前后患者气虚血瘀证方面的症候积分,表面膜糖蛋白(CD62p)、溶酶体膜糖蛋白(CD63)、单核细胞的血小板聚集体(MPA)及血清炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化,并比较两组的整体治疗疗效。结果两组患者的疗效评估,研究组治疗总有效率比例为89.83%,显著高于对照组患者(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后中医症候积分比较,研究组降低幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血清炎症指标TNF-α比较,研究组TNF-α下降幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延丹胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年心肌梗死疗效确切,可改善气虚血瘀症的相关症状,抑制血小板活化,提高心脏功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the influence of Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin on platelet function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Elderly AMI patients(n=115)were chosen from Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanyang City from Aug.2018 to Aug.2020.The patients were divided,according to therapies,into control group(n=56)treated with atorvastatin orally and study group(n=59)treated with Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin from 30 d.The changes of symptom integrals,CD62p,CD63,monocyte platelet aggregates(MPA)and serum inflammatory factor[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.The total curative effect was compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.83%in study group and 75.00%in control group(P<0.05).The comparison in symptom integrals of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment showed that integral reduction was significantly higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05),and reduction of TNF-αwas significantly higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yandan Capsule combined with atorvastatin has a definite curative effect on elderly myocardial infarction,which can improve the related symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis,inhibit platelet activation,improve heart function,reduce level of serum inflammatory factor,and improve curative effect.
